Working Animal Consulting Services was founded by Mundy McLaughlin in 2005 to provide neutral and objective services focused on enhancing working relationships and contributing to more inclusive workplaces.

Mundy is a sole practitioner who collaborates and partners with others where appropriate to deliver comprehensive services related to diversity, equity, human rights, workplace fairness and labour relations.
